Field Service Technician

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Major Recruitment are proudly working in partnership with a global medical provider who are seeking a Field Technician to support patients across the Glasgow area. This is a field-based role focused on the safe delivery, installation, and servicing of specialist medical equipment in patient's homes.

**Must have full UK drivers license**

Key Details:
Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week)
Shift pattern: Covering 5 days out of 7
Comprehensive training provided

The Role:

• Install, remove, and service oxygen-related equipment in home settings
• Complete risk assessments and ensure safe setup
• Instruct patients and carers on safe use and maintenance
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Promote best practices in safety (e.g. smoking risks with oxygen)

About You:

• 2+ year's experience in a technical, servicing, or maintenance role
• Comfortable using tools and working independently in the field
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (provided)
